Therapy Bio

     Amelia is an author, international lecturer, licensed psychotherapist, singer/songwriter/ psychodramatist and metaphysician - bridging spiritual and metaphysical principles with mental health attempting to uplift the self-esteem of mankind. Author of the groundbreaking book: From Psychotherapy to Sacretherapy®  (pronounced sacred-therapy with a silent "d") - a self-help book that is the 1st of its kind to offer alternative and holistic descriptions and healing processes for 170 mental and emotional diagnoses worldwide.  Kemp is also the co-founder and president of UR2.Global - a project of The Sacretherapy Institute - created to uplift the global self-esteem of humanity showcasing the ARTS, which currently has liaisons on five continents.
 

     Kemp has been a psychotherapist for nearly three decades with a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and a non-secular doctorate in Metaphysical Theology and is ordained. She is also a Board Certified Alternative Holistic Practitioner with the American Alternative Medical Association and CEO of the Sacretherapy® Institute - a not for profit organization that was created as a result of her book on Sacretherapy. She also hosts The From Psychotherapy to Sacretherapy® Radio Show on Unity,fm radio.
 

     Kemp was honored by Gandhi's BE Magazine in their Profiles of Global Change-makers in the world and as an Artist For Peace. She was a member of the Oprah Winfrey Belief Team and has lectured on national platforms with best selling authors such as Dr. C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D., (Soul Medicine), Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul), Pam Grout (E-Squared), Howard Martin (HeartMath), and done workshops for numerous organizations.      She is also a State Certified Clinical Supervisor for Mental Health Professionals seeking licensure and a mental health educator. She is a former Director of Mental Health Counseling within the School Board where President Clinton's Secretary of Labor visited her program giving it national acclaim. She is also a former Adjunct Psychology Instructor for two colleges. As a metaphysician, she is also a Certified Energy Medicine Practitioner; and is a Certified Professional Life Coach.
