The Sacretherapy® Institute is the creator of the UR2.Global Arts Project. Created to uplift the self-esteem and mental well-being of humanity, believing that only when inner-peace is accomplished can world peace be achieved. Sacretherapy® pronounced "sacred-therapy with a silent d" is the Registered Trademark of Dr. K (D. Amelia Kemp, Ph.D., LMHC), President of the Institute. She is the author of the book "From Psychotherapy to Sacretherapy" where she reframed all 170 mental and emotional diagnoses from a metaphysical and spiritual perspective telling sufferers that "you're not sick - you're sacred". Her Sacretherapy® treatment modality expanded from her clinical and holistic mental health services into her former radio show and later into the UR2.Global Arts Project where her desire to relieve and uplift mankind is infused within the lyrics of music and other artforms. "UR2" is an acronym meaning "you are too an equal, important, and worthy soul, and do not have to be famous or rich to contribute more light and love to our world society."
As president of the arts project, Dr. K serves as the Music Coordinator and is a Licensed Psychotherapist (who holds a non-secular doctorate of Metaphysical Theology and master's degree in Mental Health Counseling), and is a singer-songwriter known as "The Singing Psychotherapist" under her record label: Dr. K's Music Therapy. She's presented at lectures, workshops and retreats where she witnessed music to be an expedient form of relief and upliftment. After having been a psychotherapist for nearly three decades (see full clinical profile). As a psychotherapist, Dr. K now only treats healers and ministers that use or seek an alternative holistic Sacretherapy® Treatment modality in their clinical or spiritual work through telehealth, Sacretherapy® healing retreats and workshops.
